SubComply is a product of Crocker Digital Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17008789). We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

2. What data we collect
- Waitlist sign-up: Your email address and the page you signed up from.
- Analytics: We use GoatCounter, a privacy-focused analytics tool. GoatCounter does not collect personal data, does not use cookies, and does not track individual users.
3. Why we collect it
- Waitlist email: To notify you when SubComply launches and to send you early-access information.
- Analytics: To understand which pages are visited and how the site is used, so we can improve it.
4. How we store your data
Waitlist email addresses are stored in a hosted database with access restricted to authorised Crocker Digital Ltd personnel. Data is encrypted in transit using TLS.
Retention: We retain waitlist data until the product launches or until you request deletion, whichever comes first. After launch, you can choose to create an account or have your data deleted.
5. Who we share your data with
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. GoatCounter analytics does not collect personal data, so there is no personal data to share from analytics.
6. Your rights (GDPR)
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Rectify inaccurate personal data
- Erase your personal data (“right to be forgotten”)
- Port your data to another service
- Object to processing of your personal data
